By any chance, if a product defect is confirmed such as a printing error or specification then it's our company's responsibility to reprint and redesign your order without any further cost. To ensure a smooth process, the customer must return the entire order within 7 working days, covering the return shipping cost. After doing this, you must give the correct information such as documentation, digital photographs, and other specific requirements.
No doubt a product can be damaged due to customer mistakes but still if you wish to request for refund of the entire order. Then refund will be issued after deducting costs related to the shipping, product setup, and as well as printing. In the ordering process, once you approve the proof, your printing will be forwarded to our press department. Please keep in mind that you have 4 hours after-proof approval to cancel your order. The process of canceling an order within this period will be charged a fee of 5% of the total order. For cancellations beyond 4 hours but within 12 to 24 hours, a full refund is not available if the order is already in press.
