Welcome to Custom Product Packaging, a certified custom box manufacturing company in North America. We supply custom boxes to small and medium businesses by implementing some terms and conditions. Here is a detailed insight into our terms and conditions. 

Throughout the site, "CPP," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Custom Product Packaging, LLC. "You" and "your," "user", “customers”, and “clients” refer to the users and readers. "Site" refers to all content served by the Custom Product Packaging domain and any of its subdomains.

Electronic Communications

Visiting Custom Product Packaging or signing up for emails means you are engaging in electronic communication. You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, emails, and other electronic communications. 

Copyright Notice

Every single material, article, piece of writing, each and everything is owned by Custom Product Packaging. Copying and misusing information can lead to copyright notice. 

Limitation of Liability

We are limited to the amount you paid for your order. Other special, incidental, and indirect damages are not our responsibilities. We are not liable for any loss of use, data, or profits arising from the use of our site. 

Design Orders

If you have presented a design or layout, or have selected a particular type of layout, and printing has begun, these are final and you will not get any refund. 

Customer Submitted Artwork

We accept artwork only in CMYK and at least 300 DPI. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the accuracy of your files. Moreover, loss or damage of your files is not our responsibility. When you upload files, you confirm that you own the material or have the right to use it. If not meet our standards, we may refuse any order without explanation.

Proof and Color Accuracy

Once the artwork or dimensions are sent to you for approval, look thoroughly and approve the color and accuracy.  We are not responsible for delays caused by your failure to approve. We cannot guarantee color accuracy and are not liable for variations. Must order a hard copy proof or sample for guaranteed color accuracy, at an additional cost.

No Liability for Errors

Custom Product Packaging is not responsible for errors in the final printed product, such as:

  • Spelling, grammar, or font errors
  • Bubbling marks and graphic punctuation
  • Cracks in folds, cropping marks, or die lines
  • Overprinting
  • Size differences

Overruns/Underruns

We may deliver slightly more or fewer items than ordered, within a 5% margin. You will only be charged for the actual quantity delivered.

Production Speed, Shipping, and Delivery

Production starts after your artwork is uploaded, reviewed, and approved, and full payment is made. Select production time during order placement. Free ground shipping is available to one U.S. location per order. We are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or theft during shipping. Re-shipment charges apply for incorrect addresses.

Changes to Website and Terms

We can change our website and terms anytime. Changes will be posted and take effect immediately. Continuing to use the site means you agree to the new terms.

Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations

We deal only in USD.  We require full payment before starting any order. If you are willing to use our free design services, please pay at least 50% of the full order.  It is later up to you to carry or cancel the services. A 30% fee will be deducted. It is mandatory to approve the order before agreeing on it.

Changes cannot be made once the order is sent to the press. You have 4 hours to cancel an order after proof approval, subject to a $65 and $25 fee. Cancellation after 4 hours will incur a 95% fee.

Return and Refund Policy

All the products are custom-produced around customers' preferences and choices that cannot be returned once the manufacturing process has begun. We are not liable to refund or return custom boxes unless;

  • Damaged during shipping: Contact us immediately upon receipt. For shipments received by LTL freight, do not sign for delivery acceptance before reaching out to us. Provide clear photos of the damages, including outer packaging.
  • Not received as expected: Allow 5 business days after the estimated delivery date and check tracking links for shipping status.
  • Concerns with quality, quantity, or other issues: Contact us immediately upon identifying the issue, but no later than 14 days after receiving the order. Provide clear photos to expedite resolution.

For stock products eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Contact customer support for return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation

Cancellation is only valid if you have contacted us before the manufacturing process has begun. Cancellation is only valid if;

  • Immediately after checkout until proof is sent: Full refund upon request to customerservice@Custom Product Packaging.
  • After proof is sent but before approval: Refund less $35 prepress fee upon request.
  • After proof approval and before shipment label is created: Refund only for unused shipping upon request.
  • After the shipment label is created or the order is shipped: No refunds.
 

Changes to the Service and Prices

We at Custom Product Packaging can change prices and services anytime, depending on various factors. Therefore, keep an eye on our services and updated prices before confirming the order. 

Links to Third-Party Sites/Third-Party Services

We can add external links on our site for different purposes and to provide you with the convenience of exploring more options. These linked third-party sites are not under Custom Product Packaging, LLC’s control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, terms and conditions, or any other thing. 

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

Signing with us, means you accept that you will not use our site for any unlawful, illegal, or prohibited use. Custom Product Packaging is a legal, and approved site that follows all legal laws and rules provided by the US government. 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Custom Product Packaging and its all related employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the site. 

Arbitration

Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will be on an individual basis, and class actions are not permitted.

Termination/Access Restriction

We have all the rights to terminate your access login or make other changes. And, we have the right to limit your access to the site. 

Privacy

You are subject to our privacy and policy. Read and review our privacy and policy page before coming to any conclusion.
